We built Remayn because we lost something that should not have been lost.
Every African family has a story. A plot of land nobody could find. A bank account frozen because nobody had the paperwork. A business built over 30 years with no succession plan. We looked everywhere for a product built for this reality. We built one instead.

Remayn Labs Technology Limited was incorporated in Nigeria in 2026 with one mission: give every African family — whether in Lagos or London, Nairobi or Toronto, Accra or Amsterdam — a clear plan for what happens after a provider passes.
We are not a legal firm. We are not a bank. We are a technology company that believes the gap between building wealth and protecting it should not exist anywhere in Africa or the African diaspora. Remayn is the bridge.
Africa is home to 1.4 billion people. It is the fastest-growing smartphone market in the world. The wealth being built here over the next 30 years is enormous — and the infrastructure to protect it barely exists. That is the opportunity and the responsibility we have chosen.
