Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from within the app at any time. No cancellation fees. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Is the free plan genuinely free?
Yes. Free forever, no credit card required. You can register up to 3 assets and 1 next-of-kin contact on the free plan with full passive monitoring and encrypted storage.
What payment methods are accepted?
Debit cards, Paystack, bank transfer, and USSD for African users. For Global plan users, all major international cards including Visa and Mastercard in USD.
Are prices the same across all African countries?
Yes. We charge in USD to keep pricing consistent and fair across all 54 African countries and diaspora locations. Local currency equivalents shown are approximate based on current exchange rates.
Do you offer business or API pricing?
