Remayn Labs Technology Limited is a Nigerian company, and we handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), Nigeria's principal data protection legislation.

In practice, this means:

• We collect only the personal data needed to operate the Remayn service, described in full in our Privacy Policy.
• We process data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and only for the purposes we have described to you.
• We keep your data secure using encryption in transit and at rest, with access restricted to your own account.
• We do not sell personal data, and we only share registered asset information with your next of kin when our verification protocol confirms extended inactivity.
• We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

Under the NDPA, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you and why.
• Request a copy of your data.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention requirements.
• Object to or restrict certain kinds of processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
